I use essential oils to help give me some temporary pain relief. I like to use frankincense, peppermint, and lavender oils. I use each one depending on what I need at the time.

  1. How do you use the oils for pain (or migraines, anxiety, etc.)? I have lavender & frankincense, but I put a few drops of them into jojoba, olive, or argan oil & use as a moisturizer for my face. I just started doing that. Do you use them topically or for aromatherapy…? I would love to expand my use of essential oils. 😊 Thank you!
