How do you use the oils for pain (or migraines, anxiety, etc.)? I have lavender & frankincense, but I put a few drops of them into jojoba, olive, or argan oil & use as a moisturizer for my face. I just started doing that. Do you use them topically or for aromatherapy…? I would love to expand my use of essential oils. 😊 Thank you!

Do you dilute them with anything first? (I’ve read some oils can be dangerous to put straight onto skin.) Do you mix the different scents, or just do once scent at a time? (Sorry for all the questions– thanks for your help!)

I don’t dilute it but I don’t use that much at a time. I usually use one scent at a time.

I have just started using essential oils for my pain, anxiety and allergies. I am also with Young Living. I find peppermint really great for my migraines.
