Constant fixing

This is a good description about what living with a chronic illness is like. Trying to feel better is not easy. Even when I am feeling better at times doesn’t mean that my illness is gone. It takes constant work to keep things under control, and to continue to feel better.

  1. It really is like a full-time job- the right amount of sleep, the right diet, limited stress…..but then, something goes awry and is like you are back to square one 😦 I have Celiac disease on top of lyme and got glutened a few days ago…back to square one I go 😦 Time to get fixing big time! 😦
